Service was super fast. Customer service was amazing. All of the staff was friendly, even the ones not working on my car. They gave me water, and snacks for my son that they noticed in the back seat. Told me what would’ve been best for my vehicle, but wasn’t pushy about anything. Was very educated on things and had no issues educating me on what I needed to know. I will definitely be back for my next service on my vehicle! And would definitely recommend.

The mechanics were very friendly and courteous. They told me things that needed to be changed on my vehicle and why and they showed me the parts that needed to be changed as well. The oil change was quick and they explained everything that they were doing to during the process. I will definitely be going back if not for the quick oil change just for their politeness and for making me feel at ease while being a woman at a shop because when mechanics see a woman coming they see dollar signs and I am very leery of that but they made me feel that they were trustworthy and I became very at ease. But I do feel that the filter should be included in the price of the oil change and there was a $5.99 service fee as well but overall I'll give them a 10 out of 10

Absolutely Amazing Customer Service! Team work was quiet Impressive Michael added discount to my service! They were definitely excited about hitting a goal Of 71 cars and Donald was quite the Comedian! Very Patient Guys and working in this heat! High Five Guys! The service was great-- and the cold water and fruit snacks. I loved how friendly and happy the employees were. Only problem was it took an hour and a half and there was just one car in the bay in front of us (I think there were only 2 guys working on three bays, but then others came and it sped it up). I suspect that was unusual, so we'll be back.

I had a great experience at Take 5. From the moment I pulled in, the team was welcoming, professional, and genuinely attentive. Ed and Mike were especially helpful, they took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure or unnecessary upselling, which I really appreciated. It honestly felt like they cared more about doing what was right for my car than just trying to make extra money. They were polite, efficient, and made the whole process quick and stress-free. It’s not always easy to find service like that these days. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend this location to anyone looking for honest, reliable service.
